About This Experience
Travel to Shakaland, the original set of the TV series "Shaka Zulu" and now the most authentic Zulu cultural village in South Africa. A Zulu guide leads you through this living museum, where you'll witness traditional Zulu dancing (indlamu), learn the art of spear-making and throwing, watch beer-brewing ceremonies, visit a sangoma (traditional healer), and see skilled Zulu craftspeople at work. End with a traditional Zulu feast served in a beehive-shaped hut. This is a UNESCO-supported cultural preservation experience.
